A team focused on digital dental design
LOKSUN is a design studio focused on digital dental CAD. The team currently consists of a client manager, a technical lead and two CAD designers.
We keep client communication, technical judgement and hands-on design work in one process, and provide dental laboratories and partner teams with flexible remote design support.
We have long worked with dental laboratories in the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands, delivering professional remote CAD design for them.
We do not chase volume. We stand behind the quality of the design within the deadlines we have confirmed. (If the lowest price is the deciding factor for you, we are not the right fit.)

Technical judgement and quality control sit with the technical lead
The technical lead owns the technical decisions, work coordination and quality control; two CAD designers do the actual modelling. No brokering out — your case does not travel to a stranger. The same people handle your case start to finish.

WORKFLOW
How we handle a case
The full process is set out below: what is handed over at each stage, and who is responsible. Data and price are agreed once, before work begins.
Case data handover
Please send the intraoral scan (STL / PLY or your scanner native format), the restoration type and material, shade and margin requirements, and the output format you require.
Price confirmation
Main positions follow the published price list, so there is no per-case bargaining. Implants, full arch and similar cases are confirmed separately before we start. Once confirmed, price and lead time are fixed for that case.
Modelling and internal review
Modelling is carried out in 3Shape and exocad. The technical lead is responsible for technical decisions and the final review; two in-house CAD designers carry out the design work. All work is done by our own team, with no subcontracting.
File delivery
The STL / PLY files and a design note are sent to your e-mail. 95% of cases are delivered within 8 hours of receiving the complete data set. We communicate with you only and do not contact your clients directly.
Acceptance and revisions
Please check the files on receipt. Issues attributable to our design are corrected free of charge within 14 calendar days of delivery, with no limit on the number of revisions. Once acceptance is confirmed, we proceed to documents and payment.

Standard turnaround is 8 hours from receipt of complete data; 95% of cases are delivered within that time.
Payment: in rubles — bank transfer or the Fast Payment System (СБП); in US dollars — PayPal; in USDT — by prior agreement. Account details, the PayPal e-mail and the wallet address are provided on the invoice; pay only to the details stated there. Prices are quoted in RUB; if US dollar payment is agreed, conversion uses the payment-date rate and the invoice amount prevails.
