Questions and answers

• What is your turnaround?Standard is 8 hours from receipt of the complete data set. 95% of cases are delivered within it. Large cases (full arch, All-on-X) are confirmed per stage before the start.
• Which files do you accept?An intraoral scan or model scan in STL / PLY, or your scanner native format. We return STL / PLY plus a design description by e-mail.
• Which software do you model in?3Shape and exocad.
• How many revisions are included?Issues caused by us are fixed free of charge within 14 calendar days of file delivery. There is no limit on the number of revisions.
• What if revisions are still needed after 14 days?Changing the technical task after confirmation is handled as a new case with its own price confirmation. Work beyond the 14-day window is counted the same way.
• Can you do rush work?Rush work is possible as an exception: timing and price are agreed per case. If you need it regularly, terms and pricing are discussed separately.
• Is there a minimum order?No. There is no minimum volume and no contract threshold.
• Do you require prepayment?No. The first 3 units for a new client are free; neither prepayment nor a promise of future orders is required.
• How does payment work?RUB by bank transfer or SBP; USD by PayPal; USDT by prior agreement. Details are stated on the invoice and payment goes only there. Site prices are in RUB; USD amounts are converted at the rate on the payment date.
• Do you need patient data?No. We work by case number. Files can be sent by e-mail.
• Who does the work?Our own team of four: a manager, a technical lead and two in-house CAD designers. No subcontracting.
• How do we start?Send the scan by e-mail with the restoration type, material and required deadline. We confirm price and timing before the start.
